    Instead of using the plastic cups from the coffee stands I have been bringing my own reusable cup!

    I use reusable straws, coffee cups and reusable water bottles.

    I currently take a walk around my offices building each day with other employees to get that fresh air for a few minutes.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I currently use a hydro flask every day to avoid using plastic bottles and straws.
