    Its been a fantastic journey and i will continue to take some of the challenges i participated during the eco-challenge into my daily routines going forward :)

    I felt like i lost momentum in the challenge but yesterday, I prayed for 15 minutes for my family.Also My family and I  went to the a new park(Armstrong park) in high point and donated Sebastian's older clothes to our local charity.

    Today at a event I promoted eco-awareness to high school wrestlers from jersey about the importance in challenging your self through daily task that help the environment and your health.I also did so while promoting Gatorade
