REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Adrianne Stelzenmuller 10/11/2019 7:07 AMThis does not surprise me. I would use the money to buy the highest quality local (as much as possible) foods, all the time or possibly hire an organic food delivery service. Possibly pay bills or adventure locally.
