Tekla Staley 10/28/2019 7:32 AMI didn't get a lot of journaling done, but I did tune into my surroundings more. Beauty is all around us. I'm grateful to be alive, to live in an area with wide open spaces and clean air. -

Tekla Staley 10/28/2019 7:31 AMExercise definitely helps. Lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, better sleep, reduced stress. I exercise with my husband on the weekends. It's so much more enjoyable, and we can challenge each other. It's much harder to find someone to exercise with at work and may be sporadic at best. -
