Ann Snow 10/23/2019 1:43 PMThis has been a great Ecochallenge. Each year I implement new things and continue to improve how I interact with the world around me. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaterName some of the human activities impacting the health of water systems, both locally (your watershed) and globally (freshwater and oceans). What can you do to improve the health of water systems?
Ann Snow 10/23/2019 1:42 PMWe need to pay just as much, if not more attention to what we are putting down our drains as we do to what comes out of our faucets. Understanding that the detergents we use, any pharmaceuticals we consume/flush down, and even antibacterial soaps we use affect the quality of our water should make us think twice and work harder to be more ecologically responsible. -

Ann Snow 10/07/2019 10:24 AMMaking this a priority is the challenge. There are so many things that pull our attention or seem like a bigger priority, yet it's the little things that really add up, not only to an improved environment, but to a better me. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Ann Snow 10/07/2019 9:09 AMI have been getting 6 hours a night for the most part, and consequently am too tired to exercise in the morning. My reevaluating my day, I can incorporate exercise while getting enough sleep as well. I do not want to sacrifice one for the other, as both are very important!
