My eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness because I tend to observe and notice what’s going on around me and I enjoy my food even more.

My next step would be to shower every other day if i am still clean and have not sweated too much during the day.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Compost Food Waste
New to composting? Be sure to check out the action resource links to learn tips and more about it. As you transition from throwing food away to composting, what do you notice about how much you are tossing? How will you use your compost once it is ready?

I notice that what i am throwing away can still be eaten during another time. Instead I’ll store it in my refrigerator for the next day.

Electricity is generated from a power plant that releases green house gases. It disturbs animal life around it.
