-
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Sanjana Singh 10/15/2019 10:01 PMi used to sleep 6 hrs a day. Always used to sleep after midnight. with this challenge I have challenged myself to be in bed by 11 PM. This way I am able to sleep around 7 hrs a day. Initially it was little difficult but its coming on track. Reading book before sleeping or having hot milk helps me sleep faster and have a sound sleep. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Sanjana Singh 10/15/2019 9:57 PMYes I was kind of addicted to Sugar specially in my coffee and in terms of sweets and chocolates. I have reduced consumption of chocolate and sweets to great extend and have also reduced sugar in my coffee. Feeling better and no sugar cravings as well.
