When washing the dishes and all other utensils at the kitchen sink, the faucet water should be at slow rate so that water will not be wasted.

Participated in the 5 km run the runway at EWR airport on Sunday 10-20-19 and completed the whole run.  Running such runs creates perspiration of the body and the toxic waste are ejected from the body that creates a healthy and stimulated body.

Consider the ways you can garden: a plot of land? a patio container? hanging basket? windowsill gardens? What would work best for your living situation and lifestyle?

I have a garden in my back yard.  I will use a patio container for the herbs and take this container indoor as it gets cooler during the night.

As I buy more green vegetables and fruits and less of manufactured foods such as canned foods my recycling bin gets filled once a month thereby impacting the volume in the recycling process .

As usual on a  work day, I rode my bicycle from home to station, took the train ( NJ Transit) from Metro-park to Newark and then the NJ transit bus to the EWR airport project office terminal A.  Public transportation helps me save fuel .  After work I will do the same ...bus...train and bicycle to reach home.  I practice this in sun, rain and snow......365 days.

To continue a healthy life style, yesterday I practiced at a school track for a 5 km run.  Running strengthens the legs, lungs and the sweat generated means flushing out the toxic waste from the body.

I believe that I would be able to help our planet to come back to the nature with simple habits using the elements of nature - air, water, sun, and soil.  The most I use is the air for our own self.  I try to be out doors rather than the indoors due to the reason that the air indoors is  processed air or mechanical air or manufactured air or unnatural air that would be impure for our body.

There is a big conference room in our project management office in which the lights are on from the previous day.  I switch off the lights every morning at about 6:30 am to save energy .

I have a vegetable garden in my backyard that still produces, bottle gourd, Indian beans, egg plant, jalapeno peppers, bell peppers and bitter gourd. Compost helps to get a better and longer produce.  All these are green vegetables and helps to maintain a good health.
