I did a internet search for "healthy desserts". I have to say, most of them didn't look all that healthy. Low fat yogurt with fresh fruit and perhaps some granola looked pretty good.

I feel better and included healthier food choices when I make meals with whole foods instead of processed food. I can better control the amount of salt, fat, and sugar I consume.

Eat fish in moderation. Though mercury levels are trending lower than 20 years ago, there is still plenty in fish that I eat.
