REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth More Fruits and VeggiesHow does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?
Lynette Sampson 10/04/2019 7:12 AMI know how this benefits me, but not sure about everyone else. I think of the almond consumption and the high environmental impact and wonder if this is any better than dairy (if I could even eat dairy). -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Lynette Sampson 10/04/2019 7:11 AMI would like to be better about being in bed when I should. I find that later in the week I tend to delay so then I'm more tired in the morning. This is never good because it's dark into work now and I shouldn't be driving when I'm not fully alert.
