Eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affects myself and other people because we are keeping ourselves healthy. Eating some meat is good but you should balance it out with more fruits and veggies. The CDC said that only 37% of adults are eating there daily amount of fruit and only 27% are eating their veggies. It helps our planet because if we eat less meat, there will be decrease in the demand for animals.
