I just took the Carbon Footprint quiz and got this result?! It didn't even ask about cycling/walking or alternative living spaces.

Also if any of you use PGE, they do have an option to get all your power from solar/wind/geothermal sources, you can reduce costs (and impact!) with peak time notifications, and you can buy blocks of clean wind power for $2.50 per 250kwh! Great if you're trying to reduce your impact and have the spare cash. Our power usage and our home situation (sailboat!) made the most impact. But really, any sort of tiny home will do the trick. You don't actually have to live in a damp walk-in closet! 😜

I don't own a car, only eat meat 1-2x/week, and live on a 30' sailboat. I take public transit and ride my bike exclusively, and do bodyweight fitness instead of going to a gym. I'm looking forward to this challenge, as the ones I have chosen are activities and behaviors that have been on my to-do list for a very long time now. Let's go team!
