REFLECTION QUESTIONHigh Impact Action TrackBringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
Prabha Rangaswamy 10/20/2019 10:42 PMAlways carry my own bags for every shopping - vegetables, fruits, flowers. Switched to buy milk directly from a place who have cows, reducing the plastic usage.
Need to figure out how to reduce plastic from groceries. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Prabha Rangaswamy 10/20/2019 10:39 PMThe 20 min walk with colleagues in the afternoon is helping us to walk and talk together, sometimes discuss problems and issues in a relaxed manner.
The evening walks with son and husband help get closed and talk and laugh about a number of things.. -

How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?
Prabha Rangaswamy 10/20/2019 10:36 PMI have started a compost using Daily Dump to use any waste like skins and stalks -
