Sathish R 10/22/2019 2:02 AMDrink Giloy ( Tinospara in English, Amrutaballi in Sanskrit) this is very good for Immunity problems.. just boil water and add few stems of Giloy... boil for 5 to 10 minutes and drink them... This increases the platelets especially in Dengue and Chikungunya... In a gap of 2 days the platelets increases immediately -

Earlier that is 20 years back, we used to get pure water... Can we bring back the old charm of our Vrushabhavati River? Can Volunteers come together and stand up for a good cause -
