    Drink Giloy ( Tinospara in English, Amrutaballi in Sanskrit) this is very good for Immunity problems.. just boil water and add few stems of Giloy... boil for 5 to 10 minutes and drink them... This increases the platelets especially in Dengue and Chikungunya... In a gap of 2 days the platelets increases immediately

    Vrushabhavati river in Bangalore has been turned into a large drainage ( Due to Sewage water, Factories waste water mixed to river). Earlier that is 20 years back, we used to get pure water... Can we bring back the old charm of our Vrushabhavati River? Can Volunteers come together and stand up for a good cause

    Are you guys serious of your health? If a person is currently in the age range 30 to 40 years, If we can exercise atleast 45 mins per , any exercise it can be... But need to do

    In 1950 average human beings used to walk about 18 kms per day whereas in 2019 most of the people dont even walk for about 1.8 kms

    THen How can we be healthy?
