    yes, I was addicted to Sugar. IF I could stop drinking coffee or tea-- that means I have stopped Sugar

    Environmental factors affect human health in our region is 
     a) The Vrushabhavati river is polluted and the Sewage water is left to the river and polluted already.
    b) Need to contact the concerned authorities and take actions to keep this clean

    Personal Values are most important in life.

    I would love to walk for atleast 4 to 5 kms at a stretch along with the nature and walk briskly. 
    I would also like to meet a friend once a month and spend quality time with him

    Currently I sleep for an average of 5.30 hrs on a week day and avg 7 hours on weekends.

    I would love to modify to 6.30 hrs everday to going to bed sharp at 10pm

    Food choice is eating only Millets . This will help to improve ones health and we will not get sick at all.

    We can close down atleast 20 percent of the present Hospitals. Our ancestors ate only Millets

    No, We can feed the world with Organic foods . there are plenty of organics, millets left out in the world. We need to start educating our farmers to grow them and use the Local foods to a maximum extent
