    I  went hiking with friends in the beautiful fall foliage this past weekend.  It didn't feel like exercise at all. Lol.

    I save the "extra" parts of vegetables to create veggie stock for soups and stews.

    This challenge helps me to remain mindful of my actions!  My two-year anniversary is this month and I just realized that in that time, I've only printed out documents maybe three times. Yes, we can do this!
