REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Victoria Poinsot 10/23/2019 12:52 AMI do not have a car in Barcelona, therefore I walk all the time during week and weekend. When walking, you noticed small things, you appreciate more the architecture, you discover local shops. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Reduce refined sugarBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Victoria Poinsot 10/16/2019 1:25 AMBefore starting this challenge, I had times when I was 'addicted' to sugar. I noticed that when eating refined sugar one day, I would crave it the day after etc.
I would noticed it when I finish a meal - I would always need something sugary to end it.
At the beginning of the challenge, the first few days I still wanted to eat something sugary - when stopping completely I did not notice and I was not craving sugar anymore. The harder is at the beginning, then it becomes a habit.
