    How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

    I do not have a car in Barcelona, therefore I walk all the time during week and weekend. When walking, you noticed small things, you appreciate more the architecture, you discover local shops.

    Health Reduce refined sugar
    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    Before starting this challenge, I had times when I was 'addicted' to sugar. I noticed that when eating refined sugar one day, I would crave it the day after etc. 
    I would noticed it when I finish a meal - I would always need something sugary to end it.
    At the beginning of the challenge, the first few days I still wanted to eat something sugary - when stopping completely I did not notice and I was not craving sugar anymore. The harder is at the beginning, then it becomes a habit.
