Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

It can be an inconvenience to carry your cup around with you all day once you have finished your drink. But I think this minor inconvenience of carrying around your mug is not so much an inconvenience when you release how 1 disposable cup a day adds up especially when everyone is disposing one a day. If I don't bring my reusable mug I often feel guilty and refuse to get a coffee but when I bring my cup I know the coffee is actually worth it.
