Nolan Pearl 10/16/2019 7:08 AMMy challenge is going good. I've been meditating and going away from social media for 45 minutes. I also have been taking 5 minute showers and only flushing when nessecary. I don't use plastic straws like I said I would and now, my parents dont use them either. It has been a really calming experience. I have enjoyed this.-

I use meditation too. It's relaxing-sometimes I even fall asleep doing it. -
