The EcoChallage was a great experience and I would like to do it more on my free time when I am bored. I watch the sunrise out my window everyday. Meditating was new and I have never done it before. Keeping a nature journal was cool and I got to really look at the world. Spending time outside was a little difficult because it was so cold outside but I still managed to do it.

Journaling and meditating are great ways to deal with a hectic world.  I'm glad you're trying to do both of those.
Looking at the sun rise makes getting up so early a little less painful I think.  Which direction does your window face?  East?
