-
REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Meenakshi Panamanna 10/21/2019 9:31 PMMake a Habit of carrying water bottle and fill it with tap water whenever required is not that hard.-
Sathish R 10/22/2019 2:04 AMI agree this point, we all need to carry Copper water bottles and fill water whenever required... Its important for sustainability

REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureHow is planting trees good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health?
Meenakshi Panamanna 10/21/2019 9:19 PMPlanting makes us happy; it is a stress buster activity. This also helps in getting rid of our negative energy. Very god exercise for our body..we get closely connected to Mother earth. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhat do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?
Meenakshi Panamanna 10/21/2019 9:14 PMWill never accept disposable one. Will prioritize and carry only few things that I need in my emergency, just put them in my bike . I make sure I will have a permanent bag in my bike, where ever I go. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Meenakshi Panamanna 10/21/2019 9:09 PMFeeling happy that I am not thrashing disposable paper cups.. that's actually plastic inside..not even 100% paper. Its not hard to carry a small mug and get your coffee. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Meenakshi Panamanna 10/21/2019 9:06 PMPurchase only required vegetables once in two days. Do not buy whole lot of vegetables once a week and stock it in fridge.-
Sathish R 10/22/2019 2:06 AMAgree this.. Buy vegetables once in 2 or 3 days.. Never ever keep the vegetables in Fridge.. Its bad
