Maria Luisa's actions
Health
Happiness
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.
Waste
Learn About & Practice Sustainable Fashion
I will spend 10 minutes learning about sustainable fashion and begin trying to practice it in my own life.
Create Your Own Action
dry hands friendly
In the bathroom of my office I can dry my hands in 2 ways: with disposable paper towels or with an electric dryer. At the end of the day, the basket is always full of paper towels. I pledge to use the electric dryer at least twice a day.
Transportation
Go by Bike
I will commute by bike 1 mile(s) each day and avoid sending up to 1.54 lbs of CO2 into Earth's atmosphere.
Food
Zero-Waste Cooking
I will cook 1 meal(s) with zero-waste each day
