I think this is a great challenge, that should last longer to continue creating the behavior of an eco-life, this is doing our part of a better world for our kids and future generations!

I love this challenge as it helps to sustain the behavior to keep as part of the way we live.

What concerns me most is the amount of waste and looking for ways to reduce it...as well as the global warming issue, on how to reduce it!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
Reducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

I have taken the action to go paperless in almost everything I do, including with services such as Electricity, Water, & Internet companies among others.

Exercising with friends and family...spending that time with them, challenging to better and better.

When I waking up, giving a big thanks to the Creator, for another day of life. Eating healthy, exercising, drinking lots of water...and being grateful!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health
How do you deal with the physical and emotional stress of the big problems we face? How can you help others cope?

Is a very difficult question, when the big problem is 'really a big problem'. I learned I have first to deal with myself, learn to let go, learn to forgive, learn to be humble, learn to LOVE no matter what. As a christian person is what we are called for.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

Straws, will do my best to not used them at all...
