    Last year, I procrastinated and only did a few actions. I decided that this year I will be engaged from the start. I'm surprised to see that I already do many of the challenges, but also that there are many others to take on.

    Epigenetics tells us that the environment plays a larger role than genetics in health, for better or worse. Lifestyle, exercise, quality of food and air, well-being all factor in.
