    Practicing gratitude helps keep my centered and motivated to work for a better world because I realize how much I have to be thankful for and spreading light and positive energy brightens everyone's day.

    Eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect my life because I feel better and more alert during the day. It positively influences others to make healthier choices in their daily lives, and it positively affects the planet by not causes harm to living creatures or pollution from meat-packing companies.

    My kids join me in my home gym and we all exercise together.
