    It is not hard to challenge and I spent time with my daughter playing with her :)

    It’s motivate me to get almost organic forage foods..:) . And also connect with those who love nature and learn many things about nature.

    I don’t waste food , I don’t drive, I use green public transport, I minimised polluting air , water and lands. And I don’t spread any diseases to community by staying myself healthy , always learn how to prevent communicable diseases, that’s how I trying to intersect environmental, community and my health.

    I schedule regular check up, mindfulness on what I eat and do exercise regularly!

    I always learn how to let it go , do some physical exercises when I am stress. Talk to others by encouraging and giving a hand.
