REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity De-Clutter My HomeHow can you prevent yourself from accumulating more things in the future?
Smitha Jean Menezes 10/22/2019 9:03 AMI would buy things that I really need and incase I have things that could be useful to someone else, just give them away instead of hoarding them. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Smitha Jean Menezes 10/22/2019 9:03 AMWalking helps me relax and know what's new in the neighborhood -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Locally-Sourced MealsIf you were to only eat what is in season locally, what would be the hardest food item for you to give up?
Smitha Jean Menezes 10/22/2019 9:01 AMColocasia Leaves is an excellent source of fiber and resistant starch, which accounts for many of its health benefits, such as improved heart health, blood sugar levels, body weight and gut health. It also contains a variety of antioxidants and polyphenols that protect against free radical damage and potentially cancer. My favorite locally grown food. -
Smitha Jean Menezes 10/18/2019 11:34 AMI am glad that small changes I am making are helping me out -

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Smitha Jean Menezes 10/13/2019 1:45 PMNot planning well in advance would end up in me buying a bottled water. Most places are banning the bottled water and hence it is mandatory to carry water in reusable bottles. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use Reusable BagsWhat do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?
Smitha Jean Menezes 10/13/2019 1:42 PMCarry things in my hand but I usually carry a spare bag in my hand bag
