I would buy things that I really need and incase I have things that could be useful to someone else, just give them away instead of hoarding them.

Walking helps me relax and know what's new in the neighborhood

    Food Locally-Sourced Meals
If you were to only eat what is in season locally, what would be the hardest food item for you to give up?

Colocasia Leaves is an excellent source of fiber and resistant starch, which accounts for many of its health benefits, such as improved heart health, blood sugar levels, body weight and gut health. It also contains a variety of antioxidants and polyphenols that protect against free radical damage and potentially cancer. My favorite locally grown food.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

Not planning well in advance would end up in me buying a bottled water. Most places are banning the bottled water and hence it is mandatory to carry water in reusable bottles.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use Reusable Bags
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

Carry things in my hand but I usually carry a spare bag in my hand bag
