    I can incorporate spending time with friends into my workouts by talking with my friends in my lane during my swim practice. I can incorporate spending time in nature by running outside instead of inside

    I would like to switch my sleep patterns by going right to bed on time instead of playing on my Ipad. What works for me is leaving it downstairs so I'm not tempted.
