REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Work from HomeIt takes the average worker in the United States 26 minutes to travel to work. One way to fix long commutes would be to make cities more affordable. An even simpler option: promote the use of telework. Are you in an industry that would allow you to work from home? What are some obstacles you might find yourself facing while working from home?

REFLECTION QUESTIONHigh Impact Action Track Stay on the GroundWhat was your process like for restructuring your trip? How can you avoid more air travel in the future?

REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergy Online Energy AuditWhat most interested or surprised you about your own energy footprint?
Felipe Martins 10/17/2019 2:33 PMThere was always one light on overnight at home. inside and outside. Replaced the light outside by a motion sensor light with timer and now turn off all lights inside before going to bed too. Can`t wait to see the consumption difference on my next bill.-

Felipe Martins 10/16/2019 8:51 PMOct 16 was Ride to work day! Me and my team organized to ride to work and it was great fun. We scored a free coffee from the city council (Bonus!). My current plan is to ride to work at least twice a week. Other days will be either carpooling with colleagues or wife.-

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Felipe Martins 10/16/2019 8:48 PMWife and I are cooking our food for most of the week in advance. we only buy what we need for that batch, any additional fruits and veggies are used within a few days and leftovers goes to compost. We also recycle any plastic and paper packages! We are very proud of reducing our rubbish and carbon footprint. :) -
