Daniel Marmol 10/16/2019 8:38 AMFor two weeks i have been doing eco challenges. These challenges helped my health physically and mentally. Also after such a long day and when i'm extremely tired watching the sunset just puts me to sleep. Learning new cooking methods helped me learn to cook better and using organic ingredients helped my health. Therefore, the challenges did not just help the earth, but the challenges have helped me.-
