  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I have known for a while I was 'addicted' to sugar.  I am hoping with the external motivation of the EcoChallenge I can reduce its power over me

Life Simplification is a Beautiful thing.  It brings less stress and allows more time for gratitude and enjoyment. Keeping this as my goal will help me follow this path. Asking myself Do I really NEED that? Do I have a place for it? will help me stay on the path
