    My Eco Challenge is going well. I have done everything and plan on doing it more. 5 min showers are nice and quick and help save lots of water. Meditating is really nice and relaxing and i've been doing more of it. I decluttered my home and it feels much more clean and more open which is more welcoming. Spending an extra 10 minutes outside with fresh air felt nice. I plan on doing more every now and then when I have the time. Exercising for 40 mins was ok. I usually have soccer a few times a week so adding that 40 minutes wasn't too bad but I don't plan on doing it much more often.  Overall it was a great experience and I will be doing most of it more often.

      I'm glad students are trying out meditation.  It's a great way to relax.  It sounds like you're getting some very healthy habits!
