REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportationIt takes the average worker in the United States 26 minutes to travel to work. One way to fix long commutes would be to make cities more affordable. An even simpler option: promote the use of telework. Are you in an industry that would allow you to work from home? What are some obstacles you might find yourself facing while working from home?
Ranjith Madhavan 10/22/2019 11:34 PMSome of the discussions need face to face interactions. Virtual meetings cannot solve this. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyChanging lightbulbs is an excellent first step toward energy efficiency! In what other ways can you exercise your civic duty to protect the environment and reduce carbon emissions?
Ranjith Madhavan 10/22/2019 11:29 PMReduce the number of lights needed in the garden, use alternate lights instead of all of them in common areas -

Ranjith Madhavan 10/22/2019 10:31 PMI started getting better sleep. In fact it better to avoid gadgets at least 1 hour before sleeping which will provide you better sleep. Secondly I am able to catch up with book reading which was a long lost hobby. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Ranjith Madhavan 10/22/2019 10:28 PMYou get to meet people and understand the local culture better. This aspect will be missed while driving -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Ranjith Madhavan 10/22/2019 10:27 PMChoose morning walk near the lake or local parks. Include some of your friends along with you in the exercise routine. Educate them on how regular walk can improve health and fitness
