    Nature Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

Nature is important and we all need to be in it more.

Too many to name.  Almost every time that you get away from people it is special.  Time to reflect and ponder.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Reduce Single-Use Disposables
Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

Need to be better at refusing single-use items when they are automatically offered or simply put into my bag.  Really good at using my own soda and coffee cups and bringing my own shopping and mesh produce bags.  Working on having reusable silverware and tupperware for restaurant visits.

Try to stay up to date on health issues, visit doc annually, try to eat health & exercise and take a more active approach concerning doctors and insurance.
