    Excited to do some more purging of stuff this weekend, tidying my house helps my brain feel less cluttered also.

    Well for me right now, I am trying to plan for the future which includes moving. If I keep in mind that I have to move all the things I own, if will definitely help to accumulate more things.

    What you focus on in your life is what your life will manifest. If you are grateful for all things, even challenges, it keeps you much more centered. Reacting less to small challenges makes it easier to deal with the large challenges.

    What is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?

    One food choice to make would be to eat more locally sourced produce. When I purchase produce from farmers markets, I know it is fresh and it last soooo much longer than the stuff from the store.

    This is my most favorite activity to get involved with here at work, it has stuck with me over the years and has helped me live differently.
