Poh Ling Lai 10/23/2019 1:55 AMI like gardening and I would probably plant my flowers in a hanging basket and hang it outside of my home probably the entrance area where there is fresh air, sunlight and breeze for my plants to grow healthily. -

Poh Ling Lai 10/23/2019 1:42 AMI deal with emotional and physical stress by talking with my friends, having Hi-tea, swimming, gymming, cafe hopping and going out to the movies with my peers. I feel for my perspective, getting involved in sports is a good start to help you cope with the stress and also gymming with your closed friends and family will help you to deal with stress better. -
