    I usually carpool to save the environment at least 3 times a month which will help to improve the air quality situation.

    I like gardening and I would probably plant my flowers in a hanging basket and hang it outside of my home probably the entrance area where there is fresh air, sunlight and breeze for my plants to grow healthily.

    For my skin, I will make sure that my skin condition is hydrated by pampering myself to the Skincare centre on a monthly basis. Physically, I will gym three times a week to take care of my health.

    I deal with emotional and physical stress by talking with my friends, having Hi-tea, swimming, gymming, cafe hopping and going out to the movies with my peers. I feel for my perspective, getting involved in sports is a good start to help you cope with the stress and also gymming with your closed friends and family will help you to deal with stress better.

    Actually, I don't really eat a lot of sugar in my diet. I will eat more fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.
