I will organize Ecochallenge.org's discussion course A Different Way: Living Simply in a Complex World with my family, friends, co-workers, or classmates.
Simplicity
Research Impact Investing
Using the links provided below, I will research impact investing and determine if it is right for me.

I will use the 'Learn More' resources below to find where I can forage for my own food locally.

I will plant 1 tree(s) in my community, public parks, or backyard.

I will explore at least one new hiking trail or nature walk in my area.

Nature
Organize a Course
I will organize one of Ecochallenge.org's discussion courses, such as 'Reconnecting with Earth', with my family, friends, coworkers, or classmates.

Stay on the Ground
Transportation
Instead of traveling by plane, I will find an alternative way to accomplish the goals of an upcoming trip (i.e. telepresence, vacation locally).
Nature
Join An Outdoor Project
I will join an outdoor restoration project in my community.

Choose Organic Ingredients
I will enjoy 2 meal(s) cooked with organic ingredients each day.

vinay Kumbar 10/16/2019 3:46 AMEvery family has certain expenses they are focusing on lowering. Once you’ve lowered your bills, reduced your grocery spending, and cut out superfluous spending, you can look more closely at even more specific expenses. I don’t know about your family, but our family seems to go through a lot of toilet paper. When I look at how much we spend each month on toilet paper, it makes me cringe. We are literally flushing that money down the toilet! Even so, I’m not interested in the “family cloth” trend among the very green community (Google it if you don’t know what I’m talking about). I’m cool with cloth diapers, but expanding the concept to the entire family, just doesn’t sit well with me, even if it intends to save both money and the environment. We had to find another way to save money on toilet paper.
