  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Learn About & Practice Sustainable Fashion
How can you express your personality, creativity, and values in ways that don't require fast fashion or buying more clothes and accessories?

I can look at my current wardrobe and find new ways to combine the items I already own and love. I can also add with resale items.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food Buy From a Farmers Market
What is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?

I could be more diligent about buying all organic produce. I could also continue to reduce the dairy in my diet.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Health Audit Toxic Cleaning Products in my Home
To what extent do you believe that environmental factors contribute to your own health or issues with health?

    Phoebe Krueger's avatar
    Phoebe Krueger 10/22/2019 9:54 AM
I feel like environmental factors can have a huge impact on my health. By reducing as many toxins as possible from my cleaning and self care products, I am at least making a difference in what I can control.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Transportation Work from Home
It takes the average worker in the United States 26 minutes to travel to work. One way to fix long commutes would be to make cities more affordable. An even simpler option: promote the use of telework. Are you in an industry that would allow you to work from home? What are some obstacles you might find yourself facing while working from home?

I am lucky to be able to telecommute and it is great for the environment! An obstacle is finding ways to use technology to still feel included in team meetings and events.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I would like to invest more time in reflecting on long term goals and what I am grateful for.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Go Paperless
Reducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    Phoebe Krueger 10/17/2019 10:23 AM
It is great to think I'll stop getting so much mail that I need to shred and recycle. I need to remain diligent to not be put on any additional mailing lists.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Healthy Sleep
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

    Phoebe Krueger's avatar
    Phoebe Krueger 10/17/2019 10:22 AM
If I can stick with getting 7-8 hours a night, I am good! Getting ready for bed early helps me sleep better so when I get tired, I can go right to sleep.
