  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nature Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

I eat out too much! It's expensive and usually not as good as I want it to be.

I want one day a week where I get to sleep in - no commitments, no need to set an alarm. I just sleep until I'm rested.

I hope that day comes quickly for you! It makes such a difference to listen to your body and do what it needs. I love that feeling--and wish I would do it more, myself.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food Buy From a Farmers Market
What is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?

One day I'll do more winter gardening. Not this year, probably, but one year in the future I'll have a year round garden.
