Sarah Tomseth 10/10/2019 6:17 PMIt's amazing how time outdoors can really awaken you. It's good just to listen to the world around you, say "Hi!" to people on the street or neighbors, and just be present. It's definitely a stree-reducer to get in some excercise and fresh air.
