    I can work on hand washing dishes more efficiently because it often feels like I waste water on this common task.

    Taking a walk (more multiple) each day refreshes my mind and replenishes my energy levels.

      It's amazing how time outdoors can really awaken you. It's good just to listen to the world around you, say "Hi!" to people on the street or neighbors, and just be present. It's definitely a stree-reducer to get in some excercise and fresh air.

    I enjoy walking and running outdoors where I can get fresh air and experience the seasonal changes (hello, leaves changing color!).
