    talk to yourself and see how things can be improved.. dont spend too much of time to resolve the same problem.. go for a long walk and try to talk to yourself and you find a better solution

    Walking gives you such a pleasure of feeling the nature and thinking about work - life balance :) on how to achieve.. sitting at desk and thinking about a problem and doing the same during walking makes a big difference.. try it out !!!

    You have wonderful vegeterian hotels in bengaluru ( it should be the same for the folks in rest of the cities in India) - go for it and taste it.. you will start accepting reduce animal products more frequently.. cheers!!!

    when I get a chance to talk to my HR - I am going to ask about some process that we have today in ur organization - which is making employees print 1000s of pages printed at office/home.

    Walking more gives you more and more relaxatin and also lets you think in a calm way rather than being aggresive.. take a lng walk and fnd the advantage of it :)
