Madalyn Jones 10/07/2019 11:44 AMI didn't realize how much time I was spending on my phone just surfing the internet and wasting time until last week, when I started the "Less Screen Time" challenge. I've started leaving my phone in my backpack during my daily commute on the bus, in order to notice the day around me, and live more fully in the moment.
