    I WILL  be doing the bases of my trees sometime soon. Just can't yet. We have great water conservation toilets in our home already. I can't exercise every day for 20 mins, but I make sure I do at least 10 minutes on most days. I always take stairs, I walk many steps everyday, sometimes more than 10,000. For me my sleep has to come first and I need to adjust mornings for it on some days. Sugar: I like it too much, but I've been doing very well at avoiding it about 5 days of the week.

    Going for a brisk neighborhood walk with my husband, especially on these beautiful Fall Days, is a great way to incorporate exercise with quality spouse time and nature!
