Ryan 's actions
Food
Whole Foods Diet
I will enjoy 1 meal(s) each day free of processed foods.
Waste
less trash
when going to the store, buy things that you can eat and recycle the waste or be able to reuse and ultimately not trow anything in the trash.
Waste
Skip the Straw
Plastic bags and small plastic pieces like straws are most likely to get swept into our waterways. I will keep 1 plastic straw(s) out of the landfill and ocean each day by refusing straws or using my own glass/metal straw.
Waste
Use a Reusable Water Bottle
I will keep 1 disposable plastic bottle(s) from entering the waste stream by using a reusable water bottle.
Food
Choose Organic Ingredients
I will enjoy 1 meal(s) cooked with organic ingredients each day.
Food
Reduce Animal Products
I will enjoy 2 meatless meal(s) and/or 2 vegan meal(s) each day this week.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Choose Organic IngredientsIt is often said that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” What is your response to that statement?
Ryan Johnston-Marr 10/23/2019 12:22 PMI do that think the world can be feed just on organic foods, it's better for you and there's no pesticides. I don't see how adding extra things your body doesn't need could do any harm.
