    Today the sunshine is a welcome sight.  I will go walking for 30 minutes when I get home tonight.

    We have chickens so composting all food scraps help feed our chickens and keeps them healthy.

    For the most part great, it's certainly keeps it the activities and healthy eating to the for front of the mind so I'm more aware of the decisions make.
