    Who is affected by polluted water or a lack of access to water in your region? How are they affected?

    Low income and minority residents are disproportionately affected by contaminated water resources because they are forced to live in cheap housing in areas where this is more of a risk - particularly in heavy industrial areas.

    Winding down at night is really important. I've been trying to use screens less after 6pm or use blue light-blocking glasses when I do.
