Abigail Hughes 10/16/2019 7:08 AMI had fun doing these activities. By meditating, I have been calmer and less stressed. I liked having five minutes of quiet time. Limiting time on social media got me outside more. I went on walks and bike rides instead of going on electronics or watching television. I always ate fruits and vegetables for a snack but, by replacing junk food with fruits and vegetables, I have felt better and more healthy. This was very fun and I think that this was a great idea.-
