    Eating more fruits and vegetables is one the easiest ways to reduce our carbon footprint. Livestock is one of the leading causes of carbon emissions and uses an outrageous amount of water compared to fruits and vegetables. Eating fruits and vegetables also has a positive impact on your life by giving you the nutrients and vitamins that meat does not have.

    Balancing work-life relieves stress and keeps a positive outlook on your weekly challenges. Knowing that you only have 8 hours of working and the rest of the day to relax or spend on other extracurricular activities makes you more engaged for the next work day.
