    I have been focusing on drinking more water an tea rather than buying beverages from Starbucks

    De-cluttering my apartment is a great stress reliever. I try to clean up any messes before going to sleep so that I wake up in a clean environment and come home to a clean environment-- helping me feel less stressed and more calm in my home.
