Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
I bought a 20oz coffee hydroflask to use daily instead of using coffee cups and having to dispose of them on a daily basis. I also use a 40oz hydroflask for water that I carry and use 24/7 for the 16 months.

Sorry, I don't know how to reply to the reflection itself but wanted to comment that not going to coffee companies and brewing at home is a good way to reduce single use cups. You can bring your mug to a coffee shop, but I stopped buyng from shops and it's helped.
