Ryan Hazlett 10/24/2019 8:02 AMThe challenge raised a lot of awareness to the things that I can change and take action easily as part of my daily routine and contribute to helping our planet. It also helped me do a lot of reflection and has inspired me to be more conscious and make healthier choices for myself and the environment. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Ryan Hazlett 10/03/2019 3:18 PMI bought a 20oz coffee hydroflask to use daily instead of using coffee cups and having to dispose of them on a daily basis. I also use a 40oz hydroflask for water that I carry and use 24/7 for the 16 months.-
Sarah Tomseth 10/03/2019 5:46 PMSorry, I don't know how to reply to the reflection itself but wanted to comment that not going to coffee companies and brewing at home is a good way to reduce single use cups. You can bring your mug to a coffee shop, but I stopped buyng from shops and it's helped.
